Ambassador Tours
Ambassador tours are a great way to showcase the city and "sell" Prince George as a great place to work, live and play. Studies show that employees are more likely to accept the position if they have had a tour of the community. The ambassador tour is customized for your prospective employee. Tours of the city are approximately two hours long. Maps and other reference materials are provided. Prospective employees are asked to complete a questionnaire that will assist the ambassador in customizing the tour to the prospective employee's interests. Lunch or dinner can be included for an additional fee.
The following tours are available:
The Deluxe Tour is provided in a luxurious chauffeured limousine. Cost for a 2 hour tour is $200.00.
The Classic Car Tour takes your clients around in an antique car provided by the Antique Car Club of Prince George. Cost for a 2 hour tour is $100.00
The Luxury Tour is provided in a new regular vehicle provided by Action Motors and the cost for a 2 hour tour is $75.00.
To book a tour, call the Chamber of Commerce at 250-562-2454. Tours should be booked as far in advance as possible. Although we will try to accommodate, we cannot ensure tour availability for arrangements made with less than 24 hours notice.
