This program is for forest workers who are feeling job threatened and who are not eligible for regular Employment Assistance Services.
The purpose of the program is to:
- Assist employed forest workers develop a plan that help them maintain their current position within the forest industry OR to help them develop a training plan that will make them more employable by upgrading their skills to meet future and emerging labour market needs
Participants who meet the eligibility of the program will have access to essential skills assessments and upgrading programs 24/7.
